Alex started Alpha Group in 2017 with the idea of creating a one stop shop for his customers. Three years on, over 200 clients and a lot of coffee Alex is still driving the core values of our business.
James is the co-creator of Alpha Group and looks after our commercial clients. At the weekends James likes to spend time on the lakes fishing.
Michael joined Alpha in July 2019 following a successful career in Corporate Facilities & Property Management. Michael brings his experience of managing large operational teams.
Tom Joined in early 2020 bringing previous experience having worked in the maintenance industry in London. Out of work you'll find him watching or playing football.

Our quotation team is headed up by our lead surveyor Rob, out and about on a daily basis quoting for our clients.
Our accounts team is run by Kerryleigh, she looks after all things money within Alpha.
The office team is run by our Operations Director Michael and Charlotte Bond. Currently we have eight staff members covering all of our office duties.
